General Questions

All drive-thru lanes are open at 8:30 a.m. each banking day. We also have 24 hour availability at all of our ATMs.
Yes, each LCNB National Bank office has notaries available for public use. Please call to make sure the notary is available at the branch you wish to visit. There will be a small charge for non-LCNB National Bank customers.

Deposit Accounts

You can view your account balance online or by phone by calling the LCNB Call Center at 800) 344-2265. If you are enrolled in LCNB Online, click here to log in now.
Yes, you can download our mobile app by clicking here. You may also access our 24 hour bank by phone Bankline by calling 1-888-786-5262.
You may call the LCNB Call Center and someone will reset your PIN to your social security number in which you will then be asked to change your PIN to a four digit PIN for future use. To prevent your account from going inactive with Bankline, please use Bankline at least once within a six month time period.
You may stop by any banking office near you and a LCNB staff member will help you with this. You may also call the LCNB Call Center at 1-800-344-2265 and a Customer Service Representative will assist you. Please note for security reasons, if the address is changed over the phone, a return call will be placed to you verifying the address change.
You can stop into any LCNB banking location and request a wire transfer. All wire transfers are for LCNB customers only and funds must be collected funds and be taken out of a current LCNB account.
LCNB National Bank mails all 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-OIDs, 1099-Rs, 1099-A, 1099-Cs and 1098s by January 31 each year. We can do reprints and corrections after February 1. If you have additional questions about your 1099 or 1098 statements, call 1-800-344-2265 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. ET Monday through Friday.
If you enrolled in LCNB Online, you can view and print the front and backs of any checks or deposits or items deposited within the last six (6) months. You can also view and print the statements from the previous three (3) months. If you need additional copies, you can request the copies at any branch or call LCNB's Call Center at 1-800-344-2265. This is considered research and would be charged the research fees of $25.00 per hour and a $0.25 per copy.
You can sign up for LCNB Online to see up-to-date accurate information on your account activity. You may also call Bankline 24 hours a day at 1-888-786-5262 or you may call into LCNB’s Call Center and a Customer Service Representative will be glad to help you.
You can sign up for LCNB Online and you may view images of all your checks right online. You may also call into LCNB’s Call Center and a Customer Service Representative will be glad to help you.

You should immediately contact LCNB National Bank at 1-800-344-2265 during normal banking hours. Stop into a local branch and proceed to close the account and open a new one. As with any theft, it is important to file a police report regarding the stolen checkbook and anything else that is missing.
You may place a stop payment if you are enrolled in LCNB Online on any check. Simply choose the Stop Payment function from the activity list next to your account on the main page. You may also call into the LCNB Call Center and place a stop payment over the phone and we will place the stop immediately and mail you the forms in which you must sign and return within 14 days. Finally, you may stop into any of our branches and place a stop payment in person. Please remember there is a 24 hour period that a check may not be able to be stopped if it has already been presented for payment. A stop payment fee will be applied to your account at the time the stop payment is made.













Trust Information

Through our partnership with LPL Financial, Inc., we are able to offer non-deposit investment products. Please contact your nearest branch manager for the name of our most convenient investment representative. Remember, non-deposit investments are not FDIC insured. Their principal value may fluctuate and they may actually lose value.
LCNB National Bank is able to guarantee the signature of our customers if the proper documents are presented. We provide this service through our Hamilton, Waynesville, Maineville, Oakwood, Chillicothe Main, Chillicothe Western Ave., Washington Court House, Eaton and Downtown Lebanon Main Offices. Please call ahead to set up an appointment and to discuss the documents that will be necessary to complete your transaction.

Mobile Banking

LCNB National Bank Mobile Banking gives you quick, secure access to your LCNB National Bank account information, whenever you need it, right from your mobile phone.
In order to access LCNB National Bank Mobile Banking, you must be a current LCNB Online user and have a mobile device that has a data plan. If you do not have a data plan, or are unsure if you do, please contact your mobile service provider. If you are not currently using LCNB Online, please stop by your local LCNB National Bank Office and enroll today or start the process online now by clicking here. 

To log in and use LCNB National Bank Mobile Banking, you have options: If you have an iPhone® or Android® phone, you may download the Mobile App from the appropriate App Store. Once it has downloaded, you select the App and choose Log On and then enter your LCNB Online ID and Password. You can download the Mobile App by clicking here.


If you do not have one of these phones, but have an internet enabled phone, you may go to www.LCNB.com and then login to your Online Banking account by using your LCNB Online User ID and Password.

There is no fee to access LCNB National Bank Mobile Banking. However, Internet data charges may apply. Please contact your mobile service provider for details
No, you will use the same User ID and Password that you currently use when you log into LCNB Online at www.LCNB.com. However, if you are not using one of the available Apps and have an internet based phone available, you can login to Online Banking here at www.LCNB.com.
The information will be consistent with what you see on LCNB Online, but it has been optimized for usage on mobile devices. The navigation is designed to work with mobile devices, and the pages are setup for small screens.

The following functions are available on LCNB National Bank Mobile Banking:

  • Locate Branches
  • View Transaction History (15 days; 4 per page)
  • View Account Balances
  • Transfer Funds Between Accounts
  • Pay Bill To Existing Payees
  • View Alerts

You will be able to do many of the same functions using Mobile Banking including checking balances, viewing pending and posted transactions, transferring funds and finding LCNB National Bank ATMs and branches. However, you will still need to use LCNB Online for other functions such as adding payees for bill payment, setting up account alerts, changing your password or other functions not listed above.

Depending upon the difficulty you are experiencing, you may want to try one of the following troubleshooting tips: 

  • Check to be sure you are properly entering appropriate letters and numbers when entering your User ID and Password. You may always verify this by having access to a computer and attempting to log into LCNB Online via www.LCNB.com to determine that you are using the correct login credentials.
  • Have you logged into LCNB Online at www.LCNB.com before? This is required prior to logging on to LCNB National Bank Mobile Banking. If you are not currently using LCNB Online, begin today by stopping by your local LCNB National Bank Office and enroll. An internet enrollment to LCNB Online is coming soon.
  • Are you able to access other websites with your mobile device? If you are not successful, then it is likely that the signal available on your device may not be strong enough.

LCNB National Bank does not charge for LCNB National Bank Mobile Banking. Additional charges may apply from your mobile carrier, please contact them for more details.
To take part in this service, you must be enrolled in LCNB Online and have a data plan with your mobile carrier, which may have an additional charge. Contact your mobile carrier for more information regarding data plans.
Any mobile device that has a web browser with WAP 2.0 will work with LCNB National Bank Mobile Banking regardless of your service carrier. This would include: flip phones, smart phones, PDAs and handheld computers. However, if you have an older phone (more than three years old), there is a chance the service may not work. If that is the case, you will receive the following error on your phone: "We're sorry, but your mobile phone browser does not support the security features LCNB National Bank uses to protect your account data in Mobile Banking."
We are committed to protecting your identity and your accounts, therefore the highest standards of encryption available are used to protect data transmitted to your mobile device.
The web address (URL) www.LCNB.com is exclusive to LCNB National Bank and is protected by the highest standards of encryption available. Make sure your web browser is turned on to show URLs.
LCNB National Bank recommends that you lock your phone using a PIN code or password when you are not using it to secure any information on your device. We also recommend that you do not store your password on your mobile device.
Information from your mobile banking session is not retained as long as you log out after each LCNB National Bank Mobile Banking session. We also recommend that you close out of your mobile web browser after each session. Additionally, LCNB National Bank Mobile Banking does not use account numbers, but uses pseudo names for each account. We also recommend that you do not store your password on your mobile device.
You should contact your mobile phone carrier immediately. 
When doing something sensitive on your mobile device or PC, like checking a bank account balance or making a payment, it is suggested to not use the free Wi-Fi in coffee shops or other public Wi-Fi spots or access points. All LCNB National Bank mobile banking transactions are SSL encrypted but it is recommended to use your password protected Wi-Fi at home to safeguard your account.
After you log in successfully using your LCNB Online User ID and Password, you will see an overview of your account balances. Selecting a particular account will let you see more detailed information.
After you have successfully logged in using your LCNB Online User ID and Password, you will see an overview of your accounts. Select a particular account and click on the link for posted or pending transactions for that account.
After you log in successfully using your LCNB Online User ID and Password, select "Transfer Funds" from the menu at the bottom of the page. You will be able to make immediate transfers between your already linked LCNB National Bank accounts. The accounts eligible for transfers will appear in the drop down lists.

  • WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) Browser, a type of browser that provides all of the basic services of a computer based web browser but simplified to operate within the restrictions of a mobile phone, such as its smaller view screen.
  • URL (Uniform Resource Locator)a web page address.


Online Banking

You may automatically enroll in LCNB Online by clicking here. This will give you instant access into your accounts if the enrollment is successful. You may also stop into any of our offices and enroll in person. Once you enroll at one of our offices, you will be emailed the login credentials within two business days.
LCNB National Bank now offers apps for the Apple iPhone® and Android®. Please download from the appropriate app store. You may also use your browser on your phone if you have another internet accessible mobile device. Simply use the browser on your phone and go to www.LCNB.com and choose Online Banking.
Please confirm that any emails coming from LCNB.com are not marked as SPAM. If so please remove us as spam and allow our emails to come through. If you have checked for SPAM and checked your deletes making sure you do not have an email with the subject “LCNB Online Welcome Letter!”, then please email us at onlinebanking@LCNB.com and request a new letter be emailed to you. This will also help to verify your email address.
Verify that your cookies are enabled in your Web Browser. Consult your user manual to change setting.

If the payee was set up to receive payment by check, then you may place a stop payment on the check issued. You can get the check number in the Payment History option. If the payment was set up to be an electronic payment, we can trace the payment. Please call 1-800-344-2265 and ask for the Electronic Services Department.



















Bond Information

It is not a necessity, but it helps at time of redemption if the bond is in the proper social security number.
























Loan Information

You may get your payoff or the interest rate on LCNB Online if you view your current transactions and click on the More Detail link at the bottom of the transaction page. You may also call into the LCNB Call Center 1-800-344-2265 or stop into any of our LCNB office locations for additional assistance.
