I’m not familiar with LCNB National Bank. Can you tell me more about the company?
LCNB National Bank is a full service, FDIC Insured National Bank. We were founded in 1877 and currently have 35 offices serving Southwestern and Central Ohio. Will the CFB employees still be employed?
Yes, many of the people who have served you are continuing to do so.
Do I use the same checks I have now?
Yes, unless otherwise notified, you may continue using your current CFB check supply. All new check orders made after June 22, 2018 should have the new bank name and routing number. Please feel free to contact LCNB National Bank and we will assist you with the order. If you order your checks through another vendor, you will need to contact your local office for details, including check configuration requirements.
Will the hours for the CFB Office change?
No, there is not a change in the hours of operation for the Worthington Office.

Will my branch transactions process as they do today?
Yes. LCNB National Bank balances at end-of-day, so any transaction made while we are open will post that day. Even though we are open on Saturday, it is not considered a business day, and any transaction made on a Saturday will post as if it was made on Monday. The only exception to this is when Monday is a holiday and
in those cases, the items will post on Tuesday. The Worthington Office will remain closed on Saturdays, but you will be able to go to other LCNB National Bank Offices if it is convenient for you during Saturday hours.

What do I need to do about my accounts?
The account conversion has been automatically taken care of for you. If there is anything you need to do, we should have contacted you. When viewing the Columbus First Bank Conversion Guide, you will be able to access business account information on page 7, personal account information on page 11, and general account information on page 16. However, there were additional mailings that may have contained pertinent information mailed out to any previous CFB customers, if you did not receive any of these mailings, please notify the Worthington Office.
Will my account numbers change?
All Business, Personal and Loan Account numbers have remained the same.
A few CD Account numbers changed and you should have received a separate mailing with instructions pertaining to those changes. Although we anticipated very few, we have looked for duplicate or similar account numbers which may already exist in LCNB National Bank and CFB accounts. Those will need to be changed and we should have contacted you with further instructions.

How will this transition affect my direct deposits to my account like pension and Social Security?
Direct deposits and direct debits will continue to post to your account(s), unless otherwise notified.
Will my debit card still work?
A new debit card has been ordered for existing cardholders. Please see the Debit Mastercard® section in the Conversion Guide which begins on page 19 for additional information.
Will I continue to receive my deposit statements as usual?
You will receive a final deposit account statement from CFB from all transactions through June 22, 2018. Your first LCNB National Bank deposit statement will cut on June 29, 2018 and on the last business day of the month thereafter.
Does FDIC Insurance still apply?
Yes, your deposits are continuing to be insured by the FDIC to the maximum allowable amount by law. Some additional rules do apply in these situations. If you have questions, please contact us at (800) 344-2265.
Will fees and service charges change?
There may be some changes to the terms and conditions governing your account. In all cases, we have selected the account that is most similar to the one you currently have with CFB. You will find that some fees and charges will change, while others may stay the same. We have highlighted how each account works in the Columbus First Bank Conversion Guide, with business account information on page 7, personal account information on page 11, and general account information on page 16. Please review the Services and Fees section on page 21 of the Columbus First Bank Conversion Guide for important information concerning your accounts. If you do not like the account that was selected you will be able to change to other account types noted in this guide or contact us for options.
Can I access my accounts by phone?
Yes. Beginning June 25, 2018 you are able to call our 24-hour automated telephone banking service, BankLine, and you’ll have access to all of your account information; transfer funds; make loan payments; 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Will I still be able to access my CFB online history?
Yes, previous CFB customers will have access to their account history via LCNB National Bank Online Banking. It is important to review your services, like recurring transfers and scheduled bill payments, etc. and make adjustments if needed. When can I log in to online banking?
You are now able to log into your online banking at any time.
Will rates on my CD and IRA CDs change?
No, you will continue to earn the interest rate guaranteed on your IRA or CD when you opened your account or at its last renewal for the remainder of the account term. Upon maturity, IRA or CD accounts may be renewed at current market rates in effect on that date, unless otherwise notified.
Where do I send my loan payments?
Each of our loan customers who are part of this acquisition will find a new address on their billing statement or coupon book. This information is coming under a separate mailing. Please refer to that mailing and to the Loan Department for your payment information after June 22, 2018 or you can make your payment at the
